PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT POINTS:

  • Please note that each restaurant serves a varied menu, which will include both vegetarian and vegan options.
  • All reservations to be made by June 20th 2025
  • Your online reservation request will need to be reviewed and checked for availability and is not confirmed by completing this online process. We will be sending you a separate confirmation email and payment link to pre-pay for your reservation if space is available.  Full prepayment is required to secure reservation, and your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payment is required within 5 days of making your online reservation request. 
  • Should your requirements fall outside any of the dates listed below, please contact us directly on uwpiaalimerick@ul.ie
  • All venues below are located on the University of Limerick campus
  • Drinks are not included in the menu price, but may be purchased as an additional extra directly at the restaurant (payment will be in full at the time of the meal for any drinks ordered). 
  • Please ensure to arrive on time for your reservations. If you arrive late, the restaurant may hold your table for a limited period, after which it may be given to another guest. 
  • Only food and beverages purchased in our restaurants may be consumed in our on campus restaurants. 
  • Please note during particularly busy times you may be requested to vacate the table to facilitate other diners, but you are most welcome to enjoy a drink at the bar. 
  • Any no-shows are non refundable. 
  • Cancellations are available up to July 1st 2025 free of charge. If you need to cancel your reservation please contact UWPIAALimerick@ul.ie up until that date.  After July 1st 2025, no refunds will be given.
  • Gratuities are at the discretion of diners. 

The Stables Club

The Stables offers a casual buffet style dining experience in a traditional Irish style pub/restaurant.

The Pavilion Restaurant

 The newly refurbished Terrace restaurant is ideally located next to the University of Limerick Sports Arena. The Terrace offers seasonal menus, premium coffee and great views.

The East Room

There is very limited availability at this fine dining venue.
