Before you go ahead and book accommodation with us for the 2026 European Sport For All Games- here are a few things you need to know.

A limited amount of free car parking is offered to guests at all of the listed villages.
Check-in is from 3pm on day of arrival.
Check-out is 10am sharp on day of departure.
Each house / apartment has fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans. There is also a fridge, freezer, oven and microwave.
Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge.
We can provide travel cots upon request (subject to availability).
There are no towels or toiletries provided in any of the below accommodation styles.
Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted throughout the properties and campus.
If you have any special accommodation requests, please be sure to let us know by emailing info@limericksportforall.ie in advance of your arrival to ensure that we can facilitate you.
General campus information and full details of your stay will be sent to all bookings a week prior to arrival on campus.

Cappavilla Village ( UL Accommodation) funded participants

Cappavilla is located 1.8km from the UL Sport Arena (20 minute walk). This Village offers 4 / 6 bedroom apartments. All of these apartments are ensuite apartments. Please input below the number of rooms you require for your group below. Our reservations team will then allocate your group to 4 / 6 bedroom apartments accordingly.

Accommodation Description

Please input below the number of packages you require for your group below. Each delegate will be allocated their own private ensuite bedroom, full board catering and scheduled transport from the accommodation to the city return each day of the event. Each Apartment is comprised of 4 / 6 bedrooms, all ensuite and a fully fitted kitchen and living area for self catering use. Our reservations team will allocate your group to 4 / 6 bedroom apartments accordingly.
