Before booking, please note the following; Cancellation Policy for Accommodation Charges 

• For written cancellations received on or before April 30th 2025, a full refund will be made.

• For written cancellations received after May 1st 2025, no refunds will be made.  

• Please note that all delegates attending this event must adhere to the Irish government guidelines in relation to travel inbound to the country and any local and national guidelines in place at the time of this event. Please ensure that you have the relevant travel insurance in place.  We are not responsible for any travel charges caused by cancellation or re-scheduling. 

• Accommodation bookings will not be refunded in the case of individual COVID cases or in the case of close contacts.  Should amendments/cancellation be necessary due to an official lockdown by the Irish government then this will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is dependent on the individual hotel policies.

Before you go ahead and book accommodation with us for the 2025 Pig N Porter Tournament- here are a few things you need to know.

  • The following on campus accommodation bookings are only for private houses of either 2 / 6 ensuite rooms.  
  • A limited amount of free car parking is offered to guests at all of the listed villages. 
  • Check-in is from 3pm on day of arrival
  • Check-out is 10am sharp on day of departure
  • Each house / apartment has fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans. There is also a fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. 
  • Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge. 
  • We can provide travel cots upon request (subject to availability)
  • Please ensure that you list the names of all guests staying in your private house.  We need an accurate record of all guests staying in the event of an emergency.
  • Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted throughout the properties and campus.
  •  If you have any special accommodation requests, please be sure to let us know by emailing PigNPorter@ul.ie in advance of your arrival to ensure that we can facilitate you.   
  • General campus information and full details of your stay will be sent to all bookings a week prior to arrival on campus.
